Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers(IEEE) is the world's largest technical professional organization founded in 1963 with the motto of “Advancing Technology for Humanity''. It was founded as a result of the merger of the American Institute of Electrical Engineers & the Institute of Radio Engineers. IEEE has 39 societies and 7 Technical Councils with its network spread across 160 countries.
About ADIT
A.D. Patel Institute of Technology (ADIT) is a degree engineering college established in 2000, currently affiliated with Charutar Vidya Mandal University (CVM). The college has a 40-acre campus developed by Charutar Vidhya Mandal at New Vallabh Vidyanagar. Its motto is “There is nothing in the world equal in purity to knowledge” and offers Bachelor of Engineering and Post-graduate programs.
About IEEE ADIT SB
IEEE Student Branch at A.D. Patel Institute of Technology, CVM University was established in the year 2008 and currently comprises 6 Chapters, 1 Affinity Group, and a Special Interest Group. Since its foundation, IEEE ADIT SB has worked towards achieving the motto of IEEE: “Advancing Technology for Humanity” in its truest sense and has been decorated by numerous awards.
About Inspiro
Inspiro is the flagship event of the IEEE ADIT SB(IEEE Gujarat Section-Region 10) that is organized annually since the year 2018 as an IEEE R-10 Student Professionals Awareness Activity(SPAA). The event aims at scaling up the technical and non-technical skills of the students in order to enable them in shaping their bright careers in the future. The event also celebrates the motto of IEEE: ”Advancing Technology for Humanity” by nurturing the students to become ideal citizens.
